1. Information We Collect
- Account data: We do not require you to provide a real email address or password. When you first open the app, we automatically create an account associated with a randomly generated “handoff code,” which you can use to restore your progress on a new device. This code functions as your account credential.
- Age information: If you choose to provide your birthdate during setup, we use it solely to determine whether parental consent is required before you can make in-app purchases (see “Children’s Privacy” below).
- Parent/guardian email address: Collected only if age verification indicates parental consent is required, and used solely to send a consent confirmation email.
- Game progress data: Ruby balance, cards you have collected, gacha history, and mini-game completion records.
- Purchase records: Product ID and transaction identifiers processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
- Advertising identifiers: Our advertising partners (see “Third-Party Services” below) may collect device advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS or GAID on Android) subject to your consent choices (App Tracking Transparency on iOS, and the consent form shown to users in applicable regions).
- App preferences: Language selection and tutorial completion status.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate the app, including the gacha system, card collection, and mini-games
- To let you restore your progress on a new device using your handoff code
- To process in-app purchases and grant Ruby
- To verify age and manage parental consent for purchases where required
- To serve and measure advertising, consistent with your consent choices
- To improve the app and respond to support requests
3. Third-Party Services
- Supabase – database, authentication, and file storage (privacy policy)
- Unity LevelPlay / Unity Ads – rewarded video advertising (privacy policy)
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform – banner advertising and consent management (privacy policy)
- Apple App Store / Google Play – processing of in-app purchases
- Resend – delivery of parental consent emails (privacy policy)
4. Data Retention
Game progress data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us using the information below.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable law, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.
6. Children’s Privacy
This app is designed for a general audience and may be used by children with the safeguards described here.
- Before creating an account, users are asked to provide their birthdate.
- Users who indicate they are under 16 years old are required to provide a parent or guardian’s email address. We send a confirmation email to that address, and in-app purchases remain locked until the parent or guardian confirms consent by clicking the link in that email. Free gameplay, including gacha draws earned through watching reward ads, is not restricted by this process.
- For users who indicate they are under 13 years old, we apply the same parental consent process before enabling in-app purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 beyond the birthdate provided during this age-screening step.
- If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us so we can address it.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
